We have started a breast cancer awareness campaign with the name: I’m taking off my bra as a defence in preventing breast cancer


I’m taking off my bra on the 8th of February as a defence in preventing breast cancer.

Fact: 1 out of 8 women gets breast cancer.

One scientifically-conducted epidemiologic study investigated a possible link between bra use and breast cancer. This study suggested that breast cancer might be less common among women who do not wear bras than among bra wearers.

According to a Harvar study (Singer and Grismaijer, 1996) women who wear bras for 24 hours a day have 75% chance of developing breast cancer compared to 15% who wear bras 12 hours per day and 0.7% chance who do so rarely or never. That is a huge difference!! (However, this study was not conducted according to standard principles of epidemiological research.)

Women, all over the world! Let’s all take off our bras on the 8th of February, 2010!

markstrat weekend

Markstrat is a is an online learning software for strategic marketing, authored by Hubert Gatignon and Jean-Claude Larréché of INSEAD (Source: wikipedia.org). It is used to teach students the concepts of strategic marketing in a simulated online world.
We spent with the class 4 days in the new forest where we played this game. We split into 5 teams and were competing hard for these days. I just loved it! However, I cant remember ever feeling so tired in my life than during these days. Still this did not make me go to sleep at the end of the day… 
The video was made on the first day when everyone was still totally confused.
